Online Registration is now closed. Onsite registration will be available from Tuesday morning 13th August 2024.
Pre-registration via the website will be possible until 05 August 2024. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants is required to register.

Notes
SASTA Member Delegate Registrations: A membership number must be provided in order to qualify for member registration rates.
ECSA – CPD Points: SASTA Congress 2024 will apply for Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) accreditation and for SACNASP (South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions) accreditation for CPD purposes. If successful, SASTA will need your ECSA/SACNASP registration number recorded in the registration form.
Delegate registration fee includes:
Attendance to the congress and exhibition, admission to the welcome reception, tea/coffee breaks, lunch, a registration pack.
What is not included in the Registration Fee?
Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described during the registration process. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
When processing your payment by bank draft please allow sufficient funds to cover bank charges otherwise these will reflect as a short payment and shows as a balance on your account.
The final date for bank transfers is the 08 August 2024 Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to leanne@tcon.org.za and use your surname and invoice number as a reference.
Credit card payments – When opting to process payment by credit card, please click on the pay now button. Please use your unique invoice number and your surname as reference when initiating payment.
