How To Register
Pre-registration via the website will be possible until 11 August 2026. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants, is required to register.
Group Registration

Social Functions

| The Welcome Reception will take place at the end of presentations on Day 1 of the congress. The cost is included in the delegate registration fee, but you do need to RSVP. | |
Notes
SASTA Member Delegate Registrations: A membership number must be provided in order to qualify for member registration rates.
ECSA – CPD Points: SASTA Congress 2026 will apply for ECSA accreditation for CPD purposes. If successful, SASTA will need your ECSA registration number recorded in the registration form. In addition, ECSA registered engineers who wish to use the event for CPD points will need to sign a daily register while at the congress. Details will be sent to those delegates who enter their ECSA numbers in this registration form.
Delegate registration fee includes:
Attendance to the congress and exhibition, admission to the welcome reception, tea/coffee breaks, lunch, a registration pack.

Payment
Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described during the registration process. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
When processing your payment by bank draft please allow sufficient funds to cover bank charges otherwise these will be reflected as short payment and shows as a balance on your account.
The final date for bank transfers is the 13 August 2026 Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to leanne@tcon.org.za and use your surname and invoice number as a reference.
Credit Card Payments
When opting to process payment by credit card, please click on the pay now button. Please use your unique invoice number and your surname as reference when initiating payment.
Cancellation Policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after Congress. An administration fee of R550.00 will be charged for all cancellations received on or before the 31 July 2026. Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations after 31 July 2026. Please contact Leanne Armoogam (leanne@tcon.org.za) should you wish to cancel your registration.
