At this stage, a decision on the postponement or cancellation of the 2020 SASTA Congress is still pending. SASTA will be guided by ongoing developments and advice from the relevant authorities. All SASTA members will be kept updated.

Airport Transfers

The cost of a transfer between King Shaka International Airport and appointed accommodation or vice versa will cost R 500.00 per person, per transfer. This applies to pre-booked & pre-paid transfers.

To book a transfer, we will require the following details:

1. Full name of Passenger.
2. Date of Transfer.
3. Time of arrival (actual flight arrival time) or flight departure time.
4. Arrivals Hall (International or Domestic)
5. Flight number.
6. Hotel name.

Arrival Airport Information

On arrival at King Shaka International airport; collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals hall. Look out for a representative from DHM Tours who will be holding a sign board with your name on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative, please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.

Travel Advisory

Passengers travelling to South Africa must be in possession of a passport with two unused pages required for endorsements. The two unused pages when presented for purposes of endorsing a port of entry visa, visa, permanent residence permit or entry of departure stamp.

Tours operate with a minimum number of participants and are subject to Turners and appointed Tour operator’s terms and conditions.

The above day excursions are subject to availability at the time of booking and are subject to a minimum of two passengers. All leisure excursions will depart from Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre, unless otherwise specified. Please report to your departure point not less than 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled departure time.

Important Tour Information

All tours are subject to minimum numbers being reached and are subject to cancellation fees. If minimum numbers are not achieved you will be offered an alternative tour, equal in value or you will be refunded in full.

Basic Tour Conditions for individual bookings – A separate policy applies to groups of 10 or more and is available on request.

All tours are subject to Turners Conferences and their appointed tour operators’ terms and conditions. Once confirmed, tours will be subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled before 17 July 2020. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 17 July 2020.

A deposit of 20% of the total tour value is required within 14 days of booking to confirm the tour reservation.  The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences 45 days prior to the tour departure date.   Any tours booked within 45 days of the departure date must be paid in full immediately. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences before 17 July 2020. Full payment is due immediately for bookings made after 17 July 2020.
